Greek salad is combined with orzo pasta to make this delicious Greek Orzo Pasta Salad! Ready in just 15 minutes, this dish can be served as a main meal or as a simple side dish for meat or fish. 



  • 250 grams orzo
  • 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil  
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 2/3 cucumber, diced
  • 16 Kalamata black olives, halved and stones removed
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 150 grams feta, crumbled


  1. Cook the orzo in salted water as per packet instructions. 
  2. Add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper to a bowl and whisk together.
  3. Add the tomatoes, cucumber, olives, red onion and feta cheese to the dressing. 
  4. Once cooked, drain the orzo and rinse under cold water. 
  5. Add the orzo to the bowl. Toss everything together. Serve and enjoy!


This recipe serves 4 people as a main dish or up to 6 people as a side dish.
